Return process very slow
The product was beautiful unfortunately the shape didn’t suit me so had to return. The reason for only 3 stars is the return process is very slow. The parcel was received in the warehouse 8 days ago and still no acknowledgement

The dress I ordered for my son’s wedding was lovely. It was well made but too large. I was able to return it free of charge and ordered another in a smaller size. The substitute was delivered within a few days and fit perfectly. I cannot recommend Chesca enough

Disappointed
The clothing item arrived on time, well packaged. However I thought I had ordered a whole outfit, not just 1 item for just under £300. It looked like something to put over a swimsuit on the beach. There was no pre paid return label, and despite a phone call, I didn't receive one, so returned it at a cost to myself.

Lovely soft leather trousers
These trousers are a delight. They fit beautifully and the navy colour lamb’s leather is wonderfully soft. The drawstring waist makes them easy to wear. I am size 16 so the 14/16 was the right size for me. Great bargain in the sale too!
